My first comment has to be how lovely and obliging the staff are at this hotel. They are very welcoming and accommodating. My room was on the third floor and it was a corner room that was a little bit larger than the normal queen rooms. The room was very clean and well equipped with clean linen and air conditioning, a flat screen TV, a really good hairdryer and the shower was perfect with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Blackout blinds are on all windows. The bed and the pillows were the best I've ever had in a hotel and I slept sound for the night I arrived. The following night, which was a Friday night, I was kept awake until 2am from thumping noise of bass music from pubs in the area, so bring ear plugs if staying on a weekend. The fire alarm went off at 7.30 and 8 am in the morning and I saw that someone else had written on a review that it happened to them as well so, it's obviously a fault which needs to be sorted Romford train station is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Trains go to Central London regularly and take approximately 30 mins to Liverpool Street. There are shops and plenty of bars in Romford. I really would recommend this hotel as a very clean , comfortable , convenient place to stay, with wonderful staff. My only negative was, my flight arrived at 7.30am and I was at the hotel by 10am. I had informed them, when booking, requesting a possible early check in. On arrival I was informed that I would be charged £50 for early check in, so I had to hang around the shops til later. The receptionist was absolutely lovely to deal with but I was so very tired.
Great price Great location. Parking is in the Brewery shopping centre behind so is plentiful but expensive in my opinion £12 and you can't work out the tariffs. 7 till 7 is meant to be £2 i got there 21:00hours left at 07:20 hrs and was charged £12 . No joy for the car park people didn't return my voice mail. Not the hotel but that's the only parking option . Breakfast one day was not ready at 7 am so had to leave without .

I recently stayed at the Sparks Hilton in Romford and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Natalia, who truly made the visit memorable. From the moment I arrived, Natalia greeted me with a warm smile and a professional attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. She’s not only efficient and attentive, but also genuinely kind, qualities that can be rare in customer service these days. Throughout my stay, Natalia went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Whether it was a quick check-in, helpful local recommendations, or just her friendly presence at the front desk, Natalia was consistently amazing. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and it reflects in how effortlessly she handles everything. In all my travels, I can honestly say Natalia is the best member of staff I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Her professionalism, positivity, and care for guests set a gold standard. Natalia truly made the Sparks Hilton feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel, and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Natalia, you’re in excellent hands!
Friendly staff, lovely rooms with comfortable bed, next door to the station and in the centre of Romford which us fantastic. Decided to have a evening meal there which was very nice. they where also able to accommodate a late check out which was much appreciated. Would happily stay there again.
Zakir produced great customer service and was extremely helpful from catering to waiter. He was very kind and polite also the way he made the starters for me and a friend of mine is second to non. Everything was perfect and had a great experience coming to Hilton.
We stayed in this hotel from April 14th-17th mainly due to the calm area and was extremely happy with the service! Ali was an amazing team member (the most helpful throughout our stay) and extremely attentive whenever we had issues involving the room. He also provided some of the best locations to visit for our first time in London and has great tips for getting around the city! I can definitely recommend this hotel and you will not be disappointed with the service!
Really happy with my 2 night stay here. Clean, comfortable rooms with a vast array of amenities on your doorstep. At its price point, you aren’t going to find any better and still be able to take advantage of a loyalty system within the M25. Rehema on the front desk was exceptional. Would happily return.
